Sandra Stack, BSN, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Sandra Stack is a family nurse practitioner committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive healthcare. She earned my master’s degree in nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and bring nearly a decade of experience in family medicine with her to The Greenbrier Clinic.
During past stops, Stack had the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Stuart, M.D., a general surgeon, where she honed her skills in preparing patients for procedures and managing postoperative care, including wound management.
In addition, she held the position of Trauma Director at Beckley ARH for three years in an acute care setting with a Level 5 trauma center. Her responsibilities included serving as the trauma program manager, quality coordinator and performance improvement coordinator, focusing on compliance and enhancing trauma care services.
Most recently, Stack has provided weekend call support as a registered nurse for Hospice of Southern West Virginia, assisting those who are terminally ill. Prior to obtaining her nursing license, she worked for six years as a social worker, giving her a unique perspective of patient care.
Stack is deeply passionate about empowering patients through education and preventive healthcare, particularly in the management of chronic conditions.
In her leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with my family — supporting her child during volleyball matches, caring for her four furry companions, cooking, traveling and volunteering at local health fairs.
