What to Expect

Upon becoming a member, we’ll arrange for two appointments to evaluate, test and discuss the results of any diagnostic evaluations.

The first appointment consists of the following:

  • Physician Visit – Designed to share information, discuss any issues or concerns and determine any diagnostic testing required based on gender, age and risk factors.
  • Diagnostic Testing – Appropriate diagnostic testing as deemed medically necessary by the Physician will be administered.
  • Comprehensive Fitness Assessment – An evaluation based upon the five-components of fitness: Body composition score, Cardio-respiratory fitness, flexibility and muscle strength and endurance. Assessing all five components of fitness provides true, tangible, objective data that can be used to decrease health risks and increase quality of life by prescribing appropriate physical activity for patients.

The second appointment consist of the following:

  • Physician Visit and Recommendations – Intended to review the results of any diagnostic evaluations in person and in detail. All tests and evaluations are explained, and each patient is encouraged to ask questions. The physician will provide short and long-term solutions for wellness. The Physician may also recommend ways in which members can participate in a personalized preventive health care program.

On-Going Services:

  • After initial evaluation, patients are eligible for on-going clinic services.
